Senior Manufacturing Engineer

<Summary>

Under the supervision of Technical Services Manager, responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery in industrial settings. Using computerization systems, you'll oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs. You'll also be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.Your role is vital to the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing and processing industries. Working with other professionals, you'll improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

<Key Responsibilities>

Interacts with production management to supervise the daily operations of the team, including but not limited to establishing mutual goals, assigning tasks and maintaining schedules. Planning maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults. Install the new parts and ensure and instruct that the equipment operates correctly. liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues. Lead in-depth product and process failure investigations to determine root causes of failures and to implement effective and preventive actions. Establishes and teaching equipment and process qualification/ validation protocols. Obtaining quotations from specialist suppliers for fixtures, fittings and components. Control maintenance tools, stocks and equipment. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Plan annual maintenance and secure inventory of spare parts. Improve health and safety policies and procedures. Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines. Write maintenance plan to help with installation and commissioning guidelines. Must be familiar with GMP/QMS regulations and the application of such in the work place. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet the goals. External interaction is typically with suppliers, vendors. May work with external companies or vendors to resolve routine problems and/or facilitate work flow. Provide technical guidance. Other duties as assigned.

8. 治具、付属品、コンポーネントの専門サプライヤーから見積もりを取得する。

9. メンテナンス用具、在庫、設備の管理

10. 緊急事態、計画外の問題、修理に対処する。

11. 年間メンテナンスを計画し、スペアパーツの在庫を確保する。

12. 安全衛生方針と手順を厳守する。

13. 工場の組立ラインで機械を制御するプログラマブルロジックコントロー ラー（PLC）などの専門機器を扱う。

14. 設置や試運転のガイドラインに役立つようなメンテナンス計画を作成する。

15. GMP/QMS規則および職場におけるその適用に精通していること。

16. 目標と、目標を達成するためのプロセスという形で課題を受け取る。

17. 社外とのやり取りは、通常サプライヤーやベンダーと行う。外部の企業やベンダーと協力して、日常的な問題を解決したり、仕事の流れを円滑にしたりすることがある。

[Requirements]

Knowledge and experience of

1) Electrical and electronic engineering with minimum 3 years

2) Manufacturing engineering with minimum 3 years

3) Mechanical engineering with minimum 3 years

4) Production engineering with minimum 3 years

Knowledge and experience about GMP/QMS Strong supervisory and people management skill with minimum 3 years Expertise and experience of various equipment and maintenance in production line with minimum 3 years Fully PC literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in Japanese language. EIKEN (The EIKEN Test in Practical English Proficiency) grade 2 in English language.

2. 英検（実用英語技能検定）2級程度の英語力を有すること。
