Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von CAPA-Vorgängen in enger Abstimmung mit Prozesseignern

  • Überwachung und Koordination des CAPA Systems auf zeitgerechte und prozesskonforme Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung des CAPA Review Boards

  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des CAPA Prozesses

  • Pflege der CAPA relevanten QMS Dokumente

  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von externen Audits

  • Durchführung interner Audits

  • Projektmanagement: Unterstützung und Leitung von Projekten

  • In Stellvertretung: Document Control, Risk Management (Quality Controls, pFMEA), QMS Pflege, Quality Reporting

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Facharbeiter oder Techniker im technischen oder medizinischen Umfeld

  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im regulierten Bereich der Medizintechnik und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen

  • Sie besitzen Fachkenntnisse der DIN EN ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 9001

  • Zudem haben Sie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ideal Trackwise, ideal PTC Windchill

  • Persönliche Kompetenzen wie eine ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine Fähigkeit, sich in bestehende Teams zu integrieren, setzen wir voraus

  • Sie kommunizieren sicher in der deutschen und der englischen Sprache (mündlich und schriftlich)

  • Sie haben Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und Spaß an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (10 %)
