Dr. Thomas Raphael is a Nephrologist, Chairman of the Medical Committee, and Medical Coordinator at NephroCare Marne la Vallée, a Fresenius Medical Care dialysis center in France where he has been working since 2004. “Putting patients back at the center of the health care system, letting them play an active role in their treatment, and helping them become stronger is the core of our work,” he says.
Matt is a Home Therapy Program Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America.
