Senior Quality Manager QMS and Audit/CAPA Program

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Überwachung, Überprüfung und stetige Verbesserung der Anforderungen an das standortübergreifende Audit Management gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen und behördlichen Anforderungen, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 sowie weiterer internationaler Standards
  • Planung, Erstellung, Überwachung und Durchführung interner Audits für alle Standorte inkl. Schulung interner Auditoren
  • Identifizierung von Risiken bei der Einhaltung geltender Vorschriften und Leitung der Standorte bei der Planung und Durchführung von Verbesserungen des Qualitätssystems
  • Hauptansprechpartner für benannte Stellen und Behörden bei Inspektionen und auditbezogenen Aktivitäten für alle vier Standorte
  • Standortübergreifende Planung, Koordinierung und Begleitung von externen Audits durch Behörden, Benannte Stellen, Kunden und den Mutterkonzern
  • Überwachung und Koordination des CAPA Systems auf zeitgerechte und prozesskonforme Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung, Koordination und Durchführung des CAPA Review Boards
  • Vorbereitung, Dokumentation und Unterstützung des Management Review Meetings und regelmäßigen Quality-Reviews

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulstudium mit Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss, vorzugsweise mit einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in systematischen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (Medizintechnik, pharmazeutische Industrie)
  • Kenntnisse der Auditprinzipien/ -methoden/ -prozesse, Kenntnis der Managementsystem- Normen
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse der relevanten internationalen und nationalen Qualitätsstandards und Regularien (z.B.: ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, MDR; MHLW Ministerial Ordinance No. 169, 2004, RDC 16/2013, SOR/98-282, Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002)
  • Ausbildung zum internen Auditor wünschenswert
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche, organisatorische, problemlösende und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, QTRAK (TrackWise), QDOC (Windchill)
  • Reisebereitschaft
