PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Lead Workday Configuration Analyst (module assigned based on experience/growth in the potential areas of HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits or Talent & Performance) plays a key role in the organization by analyzing, designing, and applying solution approaches for Workday module specific requirements and changes, for production configuration changes in Implementation projects, Change Requests and for break/fixes in the support model going forward. This individual is responsible for the correct configuration and maintenance, based on approved and aligned requirements, approaches and policies in collaboration with the Workday Configuration Lead. This individual will deliver the maintenance, the optimization of the specific Workday module configurations based on the HR and business demand and initiative prioritization coordinated by the Configuration Lead. This role follows global and local change guidelines, data privacy, and audit requirements of production changes.
