As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Therapy Manager Critical Care

The holder comprehends and builds this EMEA role on the following directions:  

  • Focus point for our efforts is the patient, 
  • EMEA results are built on our behaviour according to our values,  
  • Core objective is to take accountability for and drive the overall success of the EMEA region.

In this context he/she is especially responsible for

  • gathering data and conducting research to shape future product direction and placement
  • articulating the product and feature benefits and translating this into customer messaging
  • giving product demonstrations and training internally, serving as CRT/LAT for respective area
  • driving adoption and equipping the Commercial Operations team with the knowledge and tools to be successful at customer’s site and by this, enabling Sales regarding the operationalization of the local commercial strategy
  • maintaining an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff, particularly those focused on therapeutic applications of the product or service providing a key communications link to the customer by using product related knowledge, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers  

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

  • Close collaboration with BU Manager to ensure a harmonized and holistic offering towards the customer and therefore promoting customer loyalty by combining product and market perspective and
  • Provide support on the localization of marketing materials and product related documentations

Product Management

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the local life cycle of a product or set of products, including long- and short-term development. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position as key counterpart of key local stakeholders in respective area of responsibility
  • Active management of product / solution / service rollout in the market e.g., monitoring of results and development of positioning, support on backorder management, phase in/out of products, …
  • Ensure close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure product, market and organizational readiness for respective product / solution / service and act especially as key counterpart for all other Commercial Operations Functions in the field

Advanced product/service demos and resolving customer issues

  • Provide advanced second level product/service information and respond to complex customer questions about the product/service
  • Support the implementation of sales tactics and strategies by providing product related expertise and supporting with expert product knowledge

Product and solution development

  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems

Product Training

  • Identify product training needs and develop product training courses to fill gaps in existing programs, methods, or tools; run training programs for specific areas using prepared content
  • Ensure timely involvement of (HQ) training departments and provide support for the localization of all marketing materials in respective area of responsibility

Marketing Impact Assessment

  • Collect and synthesize metrics and other data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify possible improvements
  • Analysis of competitor products and service incl. development of counter argumentation for local sales

Business Planning

  • Support the development of annual business plans for a given area or department, ensuring alignment with strategy.

Pricing

  • Give guidance and input, in line with strategic pricing, towards the sales organization on price levels based on margins, value based evidence, CoP's,…
  • Support the Business Unit on collecting and analyzing reimbursement data. Collaborate closely on reimbursement files

Marketing Campaign Development

  • Collaborate closely with BU Manager on advertising/promotion/other marketing initiatives

Customer relationship management/account management

  • Support all other Commercial Operations Functions with expert insights / training / showing new services and products

Quality, Legal & Compliance

  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”)  
  • Keep yourself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyse customer and market data
  • Action planning paired with clinical and technical expertise with well-recognized reputation in the field where she/he is specialized in
  • Understand and use modern communication software and systems     
  • Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics   
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization  
  • Country language as a must (presenting, writing, reading), English C2
  • Other languages besides country language an asset 
  • Working for an international company with international standards  
  • Travelling within the country, region and international across different time zones
