As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Position-Specific Details

Leads the design, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This senior-level role is instrumental in transforming business processes through automation, enterprise data integration, and analytics, driving operational efficiency and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust, enterprise-grade solutions
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate new capabilities and validate technical approaches
  • Architect and implement data integration solutions across platforms, including Azure SQL, SharePoint Online, and external APIs
  • Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and performance optimization
  • Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using DevOps practices, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, and low-code/no-code development tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with Azure SQL Server environments
  • Experience implementing Power Platform ALM practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Exposure to Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and cloud-based architecture principles
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and system integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst provides high level support with ongoing systems development and business intelligence activities within the assigned function(s).  The incumbent is responsible for providing general analytical support of diverse financial system projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilizes knowledge and expertise of solutions design and implementation to support divisional efforts to enhance Business Intelligence systems and processes by monitoring performance and migrating data from outside systems.
  • Interfaces with business leaders and end-users from corporate departments and business areas to scope, design, implement and manage the project to deliver Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to the business.
  • Builds the business intelligence layer to deliver reporting and analytical tools to finance and business management.
  • Details the business requirements gathering process, requirements definition, and approval.
  • Formulates highly detailed BI solutions which can be practically implemented.
  • Creates, manages and documents detailed project plans used to drive successful project completion.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and end-users to identify areas to leverage Business Intelligence.
  • Identifies and implements solutions to enhance the existing BI infrastructure processes and technology.
  • Requires close interaction with the business groups and technical teams throughout the company such as Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Information Technology.
  • Creates documentation to assist SAP BW developers and business users in designing & effectively/efficiently utilizing the solutions developed.
  • Creates and delivers training to corporate and division users on all BI applications (Business Objects, BW, IP, and BEx tools) as appropriate to the user level.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of verification of resolved queries as regulated per Sarbanes Oxley requirements to be transported into the BI production environment.
  • Serves as a liaison between the FMS division and Corporate Information Systems (CIS) to manage the coordination of the configuration, the development of business processes, enhancements, and the stabilization of the SAP BI environment.
  • Executes on all phases of implementation which include: planning, development, training, deployment, post-implementation support, and enhancement as it relates to SAP BI and business users.
  • Researches and determines Best Business Practices to meet the goals and objectives of the business utilizing available operational and financial systems and company resources.
  • Coordinates and verifies the updating of Navigation Attributes as they relate to Profit Centers in SAP BI environment utilizing FMS financial center personnel and available company resources.
  • Responsible for delivering process improvements.
  • Coordinates with the SAP Basis team and FMS Finance and Operations personnel regarding the assignment of data authorizations and SAP BI roles.
  • Creates and maintains global variables, variants and structures for use in query design for FMS end users.
  • Mentor other staff as applicable.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.  MBA or other advanced degree desirable but not required.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:        

  • 5 - 8 years' experience in an analytical role preferably combining both finance and systems competency.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Requires understanding of requirements definition, data acquisition processes, data modeling, process automation, escalation procedures, construction and deployment
  • Requires understanding of interfaces with other business systems.
  • Expertise using Microsoft Excel required, Microsoft certified preferred
  • Experience with Business Objects suite of applications
  • SAP BEx Certified.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to prioritize with the ability to work on numerous and multi-faceted projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
