As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing expert level functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes, with a primary focus on Materials Management and integration with S/4HANA in the Sustain Operations environment. The role ensures continuous process improvement, system stability, solution optimization, and alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives through best-in-class SAP S2P solutions.

Goal of function:

Fulfil all the technology requirements for Procurement function e.g. Evaluate, implement new process & tools globally and support existing process and platforms deployed globally

Understand business requirements to design and deliver the appropriate solutions.

  • Participate in the S/4 HANA roll out to other BUs and geographies.
  • Collaborate with other ITS, GBS etc. teams or Enterprise Excellence teams and externals to deliver appropriate solutions to the business.
  • Oversee tracking &resolution for production support issues, ensuring timely delivery of
    enhancements (BAU), managing escalations, and providing regular status updates to project leadership.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success

  • Any Graduate/MBA
  • Up to 10 years’ experience in a relevant area.
  • S/4 HANA – Own and Maintain STP Configuration:
  • STP configuration: PR/PO document types, Release strategies (workflow options in S/4), Output management (BRF+ for PO output), Purchase order confirmation control, partner determinations, Purchase Org structures and mapping, Sourcing rules
  • Pricing & Conditions: Condition tables, Pricing procedures, Access sequences, Condition types, Calculation schemas
  • Special Procurement Processes: Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock transport orders, Third-party procurement, Stock items, non-stock items, Services
  • Master data configuration: Material Master- Main Attributes, Configurations New Material Types, define number range for Material Types, Define Field Selection, Define Material Groups, Business Partners - Vendor Account Groups, Field Selection, Number Interval, Reconciliation Account for Vendor Master and Partner Schemas, Purchase Info Records, Source list, Service masters, Quota arrangements, Outline agreements.
  • STP Process Specific Troubleshooting: Strong ability to troubleshoot custom STP processes, reverse engineer procurement flows, and determine whether issues originate from configuration, master data, design gaps, or custom logic.
  • Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Strong experience in STP integration with PTM, QTC(LE), ATR, SC and IC (Inter/Intra Company) to determine cross module impacts during issue analysis.
  • Configuration Troubleshooting: Expert at pinpointing MM configuration issues and simulating end-to-end scenarios to identify whether defects stem from configuration, master data, or cross-module dependencies.
  • Custom Code (WRICEF) Troubleshooting: Skilled in analyzing WRICEF objects—including exits, BAdIs, enhancements, custom Fiori apps, and interfaces—and functionally debugging, validation logic, or automation.

d) Product knowledge - SAP S/4 HANA and SAP STP Techno-functional

Willingness to travel according to the business need, shall accommodate different time zones as per project requirement.
