As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Dialysis is a vital blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidneys in case of kidney failure.

Our Global Business Services teams provide essential services to our Fresenius Medical Care teams around the world that make it possible for us to deliver life-changing care to more than 75,000 patients annually. 

This position is located in Bangalore,  in our newly built GBS Hub. Shift starts at 12:30 IST during summer and 1:30 IST during winter time.

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our global ServiceNow platform. This pivotal role will define the architectural vision, ensure alignment with business strategy, and drive innovation across our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to transform healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Platform Architecture Leadership:

·       Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

·       Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration.

·       Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts.

·       Strategic Alignment & Innovation:

·       Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

·       Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to drive business innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.

·       Lead the evaluation and adoption of new ServiceNow features and modules.

·       Solution Design & Governance:

·       Design and architect complex ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.

·       Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring quality, adherence to standards, and successful delivery.

·       Establish and enforce governance processes for ServiceNow development, configuration, and deployment.

·       Technical Mentorship & Enablement:

·       Provide technical mentorship and coaching to ServiceNow team members.

·       Develop and deliver training programs to enhance ServiceNow skills and knowledge across the organization.

·       Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow team.

·       Compliance & Security:

·       Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, Sox, Woco, GIA, Cobit, GXP, GMP).

·       Assist with Audits and controls for auditors.

·       Implement security best practices to protect sensitive patient data within the ServiceNow platform.

·       Participate in security audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Required Certifications:

·       ServiceNow Certified Architect (CSA) certification is mandatory.

·       Experience:

·       10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

·       Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in a large enterprise environment.

·       Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.

·       Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, EA/ITAM, SPM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD, and GRC.

·       Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

·       Experience in the Global healthcare industry is highly preferred.

·       Technical Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

·       Experience with REST APIs and web services.

·       Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

·       Soft Skills:

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
