As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

About the Role

We are looking for a Jr. ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join FME's Enterprise Tools team and support our  HRSD implementation alongside the HRSD Team. This is a hands-on development and configuration role where you will contribute to building and testing HRSD capabilities, assist with data migration and integration support tasks, and help maintain platform quality through the sprint cycles and UAT. Post-implementation.

Fresenius Medical Care is a global leader in renal care products and services, dedicated to improving patient quality of life. Our Enterprise Tools team owns the ServiceNow platform and is undertaking a major HRSD implementation to replace the legacy Dovetail case management system with a modern, scalable, employee-centric HR service delivery platform.

The HRSD program covers: Case Management, Employee Relations, Employee Center Pro, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Document Management (replacing PeopleDoc and OnBase), Knowledge Management (with SharePoint external source), Universal Requests, Workday HCM integration, Internationalization (3 languages), Dynamic Translations, Data Migration from Dovetail, and OCM.

Key Responsibilities

HRSD Capabilties

  • Execute assigned configuration and development tasks within HRSD modules — Case Management, Employee Relations, Employee Center Pro, HR Agent Workspace, EDM, Knowledge Management, and Universal Requests — under Sr. Developer direction.

  • Assist with Case Management configuration: Topic Categories, Topic Details, Templates, Assignment Rules, SLAs, custom fields, form/list layouts, and standard Notifications.

  • Assist HR Agent Workspace configuration: workspace list setup, form layout adjustments, and branding alignment with EC portal.

  • Support Employee Document Management: Document Type and Security Policy configuration, Advanced Forms template builds (low/medium complexity), and Bulk Import staging and validation.

  • Assist with Knowledge Management: Knowledge Base and Category setup, workflow configuration, article import, and SharePoint external source configuration under Sr. guidance.

  • Contribute to Universal Requests configuration: Service Set, Assignment Groups, Service Configurations, State Mappings, and Record Producer build.

  • Support Internationalization: assist with localization property setup, field/label export preparation, and import of translated values.

  • Build Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies for assigned user stories; submit for Sr. Developer code review before promotion.

Testing, Migration & Quality

  • Execute unit testing on all assigned configurations and document results against sprint acceptance criteria.

  • Assist in building and running ATF test scripts for HRSD configurations.

  • Support data migration activities: assist with Dovetail case migration template validation, field mapping review, and import staging/validation under Sr. Developer oversight.

  • Assist with EDM Bulk Document Import staging: validate file sizes, naming conventions, and metadata from PeopleDoc and OnBase source systems.

  • Log, track, and retest defects during UAT cycles; assist Sr. Developer with defect remediation tasks.

  • Maintain configuration documentation, sprint notes, and technical runbook updates.

Collaboration

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as an active team contributor.

  • Respond to support requests from HR process owners and platform users; escalate to Sr. Developer as needed.

  • Assist with update set preparation and environment promotions (Dev → Test → Prod)

  • Actively apply feedback from code reviews and seek opportunities to deepen HRSD platform expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development or administration experience in an enterprise environment.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer basics.

  • Exposure to HRSD or HR Service Management within ServiceNow — coursework, certification, or hands-on experience.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow portal/Employee Center configuration (Service Portal or EC Pro).

  • Understanding of ServiceNow role-based access control (ACLs, User Criteria, groups).

  • Experience working within Agile or sprint-based delivery teams.

  • Ability to execute well-defined configuration tasks from functional specifications with minimal rework.

  • Detail-oriented; comfortable with documentation requirements and sprint-based deliverable tracking.

  • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset; receptive to mentorship and code review feedback.

“My goal is to make sure that our patients keep their mobility and quality of life. This goal is really personal for me. My own father always had really bad vasculature in his leg and never had access to the kind of care we offer — eventually he lost blood flow and mobility. Knowing what he went through makes me even more committed to our mission.”
