Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer Service Management . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, extensive hands-on development experience, and the ability to drive automation and optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions to support business requirements.
- Partner with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, business needs, and areas for automation.
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ServiceNow administrators.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, gathering feedback and ensuring successful deployment.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (preferred).
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus.
- Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
