As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Responsibilities:
HR Service Monitoring & Reporting
Develop and maintain HR Service Delivery Metrics, KPIs, and Reports for internal service level monitoring and reporting.
SLA & KPIs to be regularly monitored, reviewed and reported as per defined frequency.
Develop and deploy standard format & frequency for service monitoring & reporting dashboard.
Identify trends and areas for improvement & provide dedicated support during BAU & hyper care period for each country transformation
Support and manage reporting requirement list and regularly update the list in collaboration with HR Operations and stakeholders.
Trending and analysing all available Service delivery metrices to improve how-we deliver service and enhance how we handle data within the environment.
Maintain the HR Operations Service Catalogue and Service Scorecard
Solid grasp & experience in Service Management, Service and Business reports analytics.
Experience with all Service Management related areas: Incident Management, Smart-Problem Management, Preventative Maintenance, Service Continuity, Smart-Reporting, Service Change Management
Support all reporting requirements (regular & ad hoc) for the ESC Operations & ESC Support team (including QA reporting, data quality, CI dashboard/ tracker etc)

Identify, prescribe, and drive the implementation of pro-active prevention methods in problem handling.
Audits & Compliance Support related to Reporting.
Support for audits / reviews related to reporting independently under minimum guidance.
Support with audit requests and subsequent actions via HR Hubs
Support for the audit process, closing recommendations, and ensure that the HR Operations Hub teams follow the obligations of HR compliances
Requirements:
Strong advanced excel skills (macro/ excel automation knowledge). This is must have, apply only if you are good and be prepared to undergo Excel knowledge testing as part of the qualifying stage of the selection process.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in different HR functional areas ideally in HR generalist or HR operations or shared service reporting roles in a global environment.
Fluency in English reading and speaking is a must.
Passion for improvement to achieve higher quality, consistency, and reliability of HR service delivery through service monitoring and reporting.
Experience with and a strong interest in HR ticketing and other data reporting / analytics tools
Proficiency with Workday.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and to operate in a global decentralized environment where system and process are yet to be aligned.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural and virtual teams.

The position is open for any location: Wrocław-Poland, Gurgaon-India or Manila-Philippines.
