As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.
Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.
Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Around 3.4 million patients worldwide with this disease regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a life-saving blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidney in case of kidney failure. We operate in 40 production sites and in more than 50+ countries, to provide dialysis products such as dialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposables.
We are looking for our Senior Manager Supply Chain Operations for Morocco and South Africa.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process across both countries. As a leader, manager of a team of 7 employees, you will be able to adapt strategies to meet country specific challenges and drive efficiencies, reduce costs, ensure the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Your main tasks will be:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and service excellence across Morocco and South Africa.
Oversee the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in both countries, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and managing performance.
Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory across both countries.
Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with local laws and regulations, including customs, import/export regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting service level targets.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors in both countries.
Facilitate the Regional S&OP meetings including monthly demand review and play a key role in driving alignment between demand and supply and the desired inventory level from a logistical and financial perspective.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to all Supply Chain activities.
Responsible for local Supply Chain KPIs like performance to financial budget/forecast, cash flow improvement (inventory), On-Time-In-Full distribution and warehouse measures of effectiveness
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a professional certification (CSCP, CPIM).
7 years of experience in an international supply chain organization (healthcare, MedTech, or food industry) with expertise in logistics, inventory management, transportation, and procurement.
Proven experience leading high skilled and diverse teams.
Ability to work in complex, fast-changing environments.
Results-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of representing the supply chain function in cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing).
Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of French, Arabic is an advantage.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP (SD & MM modules), warehouse management software (Elvis, WM, EWM), and planning software (SAP APO, SAP IBP)
