As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Primary responsibility is to support the Payroll and other back office teams, such as Finance and HR, by creating Loga reports and dashboards and running ad-hoc reports to support and enhance their processes in accordance with Fresenius Medical Care company policy and country regulations. In addition, the position is responsible for all the administrative tasks related to creating reports, like documentation, testing and training, all performed while following the Fresenius Medical Care culture by exemplifying core values and providing superior customer service. This position requires independent thinking, technical skills, communication, cross-functional team play and documentation expertise.
Your responsibilities:
Create and maintain Loga reports and dashboards.
Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data when building a new report.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis.
Work in close contact with Loga consultants for improvement of Loga reports.
Create and maintain documentation for Business Requirements, Testing and Sign-off.
Create and maintain Loga reporting and dashboard training documents.
Provide training on Loga reports and reporting functionalities to colleagues with Loga reporting access.
Further manipulate report outputs using Microsoft Office tools to create overviews and insights.
Communicate insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
Act as a backup to other team members.
Assist with various projects and duties as assigned.
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in data analysis and report preparation.
Fluency in English, communicative level of German min. B1.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in either Macros or PowerQuery.
Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
Good understanding of LogaHR functionality and concepts will be a plus.
Experience with a variety of HR, payroll and time and attendance systems will be a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in HR, payroll or finance processes is advantageous.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
