As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

The SAP CoE SAC Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that enable accurate and timely business insights. The role ensures high system reliability through incident resolution, supports financial and operational reporting cycles, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative analytics capabilities.

Goal of function:

The SAC Developer provides expert-level development and AMS support for SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, data models, and analytical reporting solutions to enable accurate, timely, and business‑critical insights.

The role ensures continuous operational stability of SAC analytics, resolves data and system issues, and delivers enhancements aligned with corporate financial and operational reporting needs.

1) Main tasks:

Provide AMS support for SAC dashboards, stories, and data models.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies, connectivity issues, and refresh failures across SAC solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes for incidents within defined SLAs.

Support monthly and quarterly operational and financial reporting cycles.

Develop new analytics solutions that align with stakeholder and business requirements.

Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA using live connections, OData services, and BW/BW4HANA datasets.

Collaborate with functional teams to design user‑centric reporting frameworks and data models.

2) Secondary Tasks:

Tasks regularly performed in support of primary responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure end-to-end data quality and governance.
  • Participate in enhancement evaluations and solution design workshops.
  • Document solution architectures, development standards, and operational procedures.

3) Miscellaneous tasks:

  • Support special analytics projects and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
  • Participate in system upgrades, connection migrations, and regression testing.
  • Explore new SAC features and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications, experience

1) Required training and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

2) Required professional experience (in years):

  • 5–8 years of experience in SAP BI/Analytics.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development experience.
  • Experience working in AMS/support environments.
  • Strong exposure to financial and operational reporting processes.

3) Important personal qualities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a global team environment

4) Other specialized knowledge:

a) Technical Knowledge

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Stories, Models, Data Analyzer, Security)
  • SAP S/4HANA CDS views and OData services integration
  • SAP BW/BW4HANA data modelling and integration concepts
  • Understanding of data warehousing principles

b) Languages

  • English (required)
  • Additional languages a plus

c) IT Skills

  • Strong SAC development proficiency
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and connectivity components
  • Excel, SQL basics, and general BI tool familiarity

d) Product Knowledge

  • SAP ECC/S4 core modules (Finance, Controlling, Procurement) helpful for reporting context

5) Special personal requirements:

  • Willingness to support critical reporting cycles (month-end/quarter-end)
  • Ability to work flexible hours for global coordination (if needed)
