As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

The SAP BW Analytics & Reporting (A&R) Professional is responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering enterprise analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Service Provider (DSP), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role ensures end‑to‑end data consistency, high performance, and reliability across business‑critical reporting processes in hybrid cloud landscapes.

Goal of function:

The SAP BW Analytics & Reporting Professional ensures high‑quality, accurate, and timely analytics capability by designing robust BW data models, optimizing cross‑system data flows, and enabling seamless integration with S/4HANA, BTP, DSP, BDC, SAC, and downstream analytical consumers.
 The role also supports the organization’s move toward cloud modernization by leveraging hyperscaler capabilities (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance performance, scalability, and integration flexibility.

Key objectives include:

  • Delivering scalable and high‑performance BW/4HANA models
  • Strengthening analytics integration with S/4HANA, BTP, DSP, SAC, and hyperscaler services
  • Ensuring consistency, integrity, and traceability of enterprise reporting
  • Ensuring operational stability across business cycles (including month‑end)
  • Preparing for future analytics architectures through moderate exposure to Business AI, ABAP Cloud, and RAP

Tasks*

1) Main tasks:

  • Design, develop, and optimize SAP BW/4HANA data models (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Transformations, DTPs).
  • Lead end‑to‑end integration between SAP BW and S/4HANA using CDS Views, ODP, OData, and embedded analytics.
  • Ensure seamless reporting integration with DSP datasets, BDC data flows, and SAC Live/Import models.
  • Enhance data integration leveraging SAP BTP services, including OData APIs, Integration Suite, and cloud connectors.
  • Support and troubleshoot BW data loads, process chains, authorizations, and performance issues.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize SAC stories, dashboards, and analytical applications.
  • Use hyperscaler capabilities (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, GCP Storage) for data exchange, logging, staging, or analytics enablement where applicable.
  • Conduct impact analysis for S/4, DSP, BTP, SAC, and BW model changes.
  • Ensure data quality, auditability, governance compliance, and secure handling of sensitive data.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation for BW and reporting artifacts.

2) Secondary tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with S/4, DSP, BTP, SAC, Basis, and Security teams to ensure consistent analytics architecture.
  • Guide business SMEs and technical teams on best practices for reporting, data lineage, and analytics architecture.
  • Provide support during testing cycles, deployments, and hypercare.
  • Contribute to analytics modernization and cloud‑integration initiatives.

3) Miscellaneous tasks:

  • Participate in cloud‑based or hybrid analytics initiatives involving hyperscalers and BTP.
  • Support exploratory projects involving Business AI, predictive analytics, and modern cloud ERP extensibility models.
  • Support global rollouts, version upgrades, and platform‑wide analytics improvements.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success*

1) Required training and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field
  • Master’s degree desirable

2) Required professional experience (in years):

  • 12–15+ years hands‑on experience in SAP BW/4HANA and BW on HANA
  • Strong experience integrating BW with S/4HANA, DSP, BDC, SAC, and SAP BTP
  • Practical exposure to hyperscaler‑based integration patterns (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Proven experience in large-scale, global SAP reporting environments
