As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

Ensure stable, efficient, and compliant logistics execution across the Quote‑to‑Cash value stream by operating and continuously improving SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and related integrations (SD, TM, QM, MM, GTS). The role provides L2/L3 support, drives incident and change management, safeguards warehouse and outbound performance (picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping), and partners with business stakeholders to deliver measurable service, cost, and quality outcomes within the GBS Sustain Operations model.

Tasks*

1) Main tasks:

  • Run & Sustain: Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP EWM in an S/4HANA landscape, performing deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements across inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes, including ABAP debugging.
  • System Monitoring & Stability: Monitor warehouse queues, background jobs, warehouse tasks/WTs, warehouse orders/WOs, RF transactions, and integration messages (IDoc/qRFC/PPF), proactively addressing bottlenecks and exceptions.
  • Configuration within Governance: Maintain and optimize key EWM objects (storage types/sections/bins, process‑ & layout‑oriented storage control, POSC/LOSC, picking strategies, WOCR, WT creation rules, packaging specifications, HU management, physical inventory procedures).
  • Master Data & Data Quality: Safeguard logistics master data relevancy and accuracy (products, packaging specs, batch/serial, hazardous, handling units, BP/ship‑to, routes), collaborating with MDG teams.
  • Testing & Releases: Plan and execute FUT/SIT, regression testing, and perform cutover activities and data migration for transports, upgrades, and small projects; maintain test scripts and defect logs.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to GxP/SOX (as applicable), audit trail, segregation of duties, and validated change processes; maintain SOPs and work instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver CI opportunities (RF/UI simplifications, automation, exception codes, KPI dashboards), quantify benefits, and embed standard ways of working.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with warehouse operations, order management, logistics, quality, transportation, and customer service to resolve pain points and improve Q2C cycle time and OTIF.

2) Secondary tasks:

  Support integration topics with SAP TM, GTS, QM, MES/WMS adjuncts, MFS/AGV, and label/print solutions.

  Contribute to S&OP/S&OE discussions from a logistics readiness and capacity perspective.


 

3) Miscellaneous tasks:

  Support new warehouse/plant onboarding, slotting/re‑slotting initiatives, and layout changes.

  Participate in business continuity/disaster recovery simulations and hypercare for go‑lives.

  Assist with vendor RFP evaluations for logistics tools and scanners (RF devices).

  Train super users and warehouse personnel; create job aids, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success*

1) Required training and education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  SAP EWM certifications preferred; APICS/ASCM CLTD/CSCP advantageous.

2) Required professional experience (in years):

  6–9 years in warehouse/logistics operations or consulting.

  4+ years hands‑on SAP EWM (embedded S/4 preferred; decentralized acceptable).

  Proven sustain/AMS experience in a global or GBS/CoE model.

3) Important personal qualities:

  Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis; bias for action.

  Excellent communication with shop‑floor and leadership; stakeholder savvy.

  High ownership, resilience in 24×5/24×7 operational environments

4) Other specialized knowledge:

a) Technical knowledge

  •   EWM core: inbound (ASN/GR, deconsolidation), internal (replenishment, slotting, physical inventory), outbound (wave, picking, packing, staging, GI).
  •   HU management, batch/serial, catch weight (if applicable), yard and labor management (nice‑to‑have).
  •   RF frameworks, PPF actions, output/labeling, EDI/IDoc basics, qRFC monitoring.
  •   Integration to other SAP modules: MM, TM, SD (awareness), PP (awareness), QM (awareness), GTS (awareness.
  •   SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP skills
  •  Integration of external systems like MES, MFS and AGV

b) Languages

  • English level C1
  • Additional languages with level B1 or better are a plus

c) IT skills

  •   ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)
  •   Advanced Excel; Power BI desirable.
  •   Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM or similar change control.

d) Product knowledge

  •   Understanding of Q2C fulfillment patterns (B2B/B2C), cold chain or regulated industries on global supply chain networks from production facilities, via multi-site distribution network to customer deliveries
  •   Knowledge on GxP requirements, audit trail and segregation of duties
  •   Knowledge of 3PL operations, cross‑dock, consignment, and VAS processes.

5 ) Special personal requirements:

  •   Flexible to support multi‑region operations; occasional off‑hours support during peak/shutdowns.
