Project Lead ESG Reporting

Position goal:

• Leading the project to establish an integrated ESG reporting with effective and efficient data gathering & reporting processes

• Person will be central for leading the cross-functional project until 2028

• Strong cooperation with IRSDC (Investor Relations, Strategic Development & Communications, GAC (Accounting/Controlling, ICS), Segment FBP/FP&A, GBS, HR, DTI and other relevant departments

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the project to establish the integrated ESG reporting

• Leading cross-function project teams

• Evaluation of the quality and efficiency of existing data gathering processes and reporting and identify integration potentials.

• Leading the team to:

  • analyzing and mapping of KPI’s to data points and to establish relevant ICS

  • develop and realize a standard reporting and tools and measures

• Lead communication with Project Sponsor and Steering Committee

• Coordination and leading the project teams (incl. status reporting etc.)

• Manage communication and deliverables from/to all internal stakeholders - provide timely and appropriate guidance to the responsible managers on the options available to tackle issues and to establish the processes and procedures

• Ensure an effective engagement for all stakeholders ( include proactive communication plans, reporting and to support group-wide project management)

Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Finance and good understanding of reporting and data gathering processes

• Project Management experience

• Proven experience of leading teams and projects

• Achieve solid knowledge about ESG requirements as well as audit requirements (to manage the teams and to prepare decisions to SteerCo.)

• Experienced with other MS Office applications (esp. Excel)

• Experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO) and basic knowledge about BW

• Experience of setting strategy and delivering across diverse environments – especial managing the journey to establish  process standardization

• Basic experience in ICS management

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels in the Group

• People management skills to support and lead teams

• Strong process orientation and experience in process design, analysis and improvement technics

• Structured, systematic approach and good feeling for numbers, analytical strength

• Co-operative personality, excellent motivator and communicator

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

• Very good command of English language (written and oral), additional language skills beneficial

• Flexibility to travel is required, due to the nature of the role
