As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Transforming from a device-centric organization into an integrated digital health ecosystem combining medical devices, consumables, software, and data-driven services, we are seeking a commercially minded digital ecosystem leader who can help shape, commercialize, and scale the next generation of our In-Center Digital Ecosystem globally. In this role, you will drive the business and commercialization perspective of the program, integrating current and future digital products, services, and partner capabilities into a scalable connected care ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally across product management, engineering, marketing, regional organizations, and executive leadership to translate our ecosystem strategy into market success and sustainable growth.

Your tasks

Ecosystem Business & Commercialization

  • Drive the business and commercialization strategy for the future In-Center Digital Ecosystem 2.0 together with product leads
  • Develop and refine the future ecosystem offering considering different business models, product strategy on ecosystem level, value propositions, monetization approaches; conduct market research
  • Define go-to-market strategies across products and services incl. pricing, launch plans, commercialization approach and marketing strategies for key global markets in close collaboration with local sales / marketing teams; be hands on where required, otherwise oversee execution
  • Identify opportunities for recurring revenue models, platform-based services, and ecosystem expansion

Program Management

  • Manage cross-functional ecosystem program spanning multiple products and projects
  • Align roadmaps, milestones, release planning and development iterations across product teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for an optimized overall program cadence on ecosystem level  
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between future ecosystem components and the existing portfolio
  • Establish lean and transparent program governance focused on execution speed, quality, business impact, and progress tracking
  • Proactively identify and manage program risks and escalation topics

Product, Market & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product teams across all lifecycle phases — from discovery to commercialization
  • Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market and adoption strategies in priority launch markets
  • Align ecosystem-wide marketing and customer adoption approaches
  • Act as a key connector between business, product, technology, and regional organizations within a global matrix environment

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology management, digital health, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in business combining digital and physical products, commercialization, product strategy, ecosystem strategy, or related roles
  • Proven track record in shaping and executing product / business strategies and commercialization of digital and physical products within modern ecosystem play or platform-based business environments
  • Strong experience in go-to-market and launch strategy, pricing and monetization, ecosystem/platform business models, as-a-service business models, cross-functional leadership
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, digital health, SaaS, IoT, connected devices, or enterprise software is highly valued
  • Exposure to international growth markets such as China, India, Brazil, Mexico, or Saudi Arabia is a plus
  • Knowledge of dialysis business, products or healthcare operations is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities in global matrix organizations
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong team player, excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
