The SSC Quality/Continuous Improvement Specialist (Quality Audit Specialist) supports the Shared Service Center-Manila in the execution of its tasks and the achievement of the set objectives.

This include supports SSC Manila leadership in its continued growth of performance improvement strategy by assisting in the implementation of continuous improvement culture/mindset and quality standards, tools and training. An ideal candidate should be passionate about quality and process improvement as she acts as the interface between the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement, Shared Service Centre Manila, and the Retained Organization to all related topics that support the strategic objectives of the company. 

Tasks

  • Transformation support/transition certification and training
  • Process Audits and perform work shadowing
  • Transactional audit
  • Analysis of customer experience, with cooperation with the service management team. QBRs and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • " -3-5 years of relevant experience (either for the following towers: R2R, OTC, P2P)
  • - Preferably with an Accountancy degree
  • - with SAP background
  • - Professional experience in the SSC environment.
  • - Experience in working in a global organization and cross-functional setting
  • - Very good knowledge of transactional accounting and end-to-end process understanding preferred
  • - At least one year of applied process improvement experience preferred.
  • - Demonstrated experience in applying TQM, Kaizen or Lean process improvement methods with evidence of results.
  • - Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Effective change facilitator who thinks innovatively and acts decisively, adapting positively to challenges
  • - Fully understands the importance of quality systems "
