Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen eigenverantwortlich 1st Level MedTech Remote Support durch
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter der Tochtergesellschaften
  • Dazu übernehmen Sie die Installation, Konfiguration und Migration der Fresenius eigenen Applikationen / Anwendungen bei unseren Kunden durch
  • Zudem sind Sie zuständig für die technische Ausarbeitung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten sowie die Koordination von Dritt-Lieferanten
  • Weiter verantworten Sie die Durchführung von Softwarerollouts, sind zuständig für den Fernwartungssupport und die Umsetzung von Softwareupdates
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie den Vertrieb bei technischen Rückfragen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihre Berufsausbildung oder Ihr Studium im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder Wissensmanagement erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie erste relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit, vorzugsweise im Medizinischen Umfeld
  • Sie verfügen neben fundierten EDV-Systemkenntnissen (Microsoft Office, Fernwartungstools) über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Hard- und Software Produktkenntnisse
  • Weiter ist es wünschenswert, wenn Sie bezüglich relationaler Datenbanken (SQL, Sybase etc.) und Microsoft Server Technologien bereits sehr gute Kenntnisse vorweisen können
  • Ihre tägliche Arbeit ist durch pro Aktivität, strukturierte, selbstständige sowie systematische Arbeitsweise geprägt
  • Darüber hinaus ist flexibles und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Nicht zuletzt ist in Ausnahmefällen die Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland vorhanden
