Role Summary:
Support the Technical department in relation to the Product servicing and coordinating with Business & Clinical Dept in new product installation. Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service to renal units/dialysis related equipment.
Accountabilities:
To provide technical support to the clinical resources nurses in trials and installations.
Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders.
Maintain all equipment to minimize down time / ensure all services are carried out on time.
To manage spare part stocks in hand, returned stock and faulty stock.
Educate staff in the hospitals / dialysis center on the operation of Fresenius machines.
Create proper and accurate service reports in TechServe and manual (in certain cases).
Record and update technical database on breaks down attended.
To make sure the reporting engineers create and maintain the service reports properly in TechServe.
Conduct periodical preventive maintenance.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in servicing Fresenius Machine & equipment
Display a professional image to the customers at all times. Maintain the company image to a consistently high standard.
To carry out all duties and responsibilities in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Must be aggressive and able to work independently but also be able to work in team.
Willing to work long and odd hours.
Possess own transport and prepared to travel outstation at short notice as and when required.
Territory - Johor
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
