DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
FINANCIAL
Supports the Care Delivery BU Head in achieving the business goals and objectives through operational excellence in clinic operation and patient care management.
Develops and sustains itemized protocol per treatment, regularly disseminates these to the clinics, and ensures that such is strictly followed by all concerned personnel.
Initiates cost-saving interventions involving utilities (electricity and water) consumption and proper waste segregation (e.g. bloodlines from normal waste), and contains its expense at acceptable levels on a monthly basis and in accordance to predetermined treatment numbers.
PATIENTS/CUSTOMERS
Ensures 100% attendance in all quarterly CQI meetings of the clinics and disseminates all aspects pertaining to patient management, best practices in attaining operational efficiency, and best practices in meeting the clinic’s customer value proposition.
Ensures a 100% system data input rate by the clinics, in order that all pertinent clinical and clientele information are accurately recorded and properly analyzed for further consultation and dissemination (e.g. patient forums, quarterly basis during CQI meetings).
Maintains external linkages with organizations such as Nephrology Society, PSN, and PhilHealth, all in order to facilitate the Company’s industry-benchmarking efforts.
OPERATIONAL
Provides BU Head with essential information/feedback regarding the clinic business operations that can aid in the formulation of corporate/division decisions.
Ensures 100% attainment of quality standards in all clinics through conducting Clinic Audits set by the company and strict monitoring during clinic visits. Ensures that all Unit Heads oversee all activities pertaining to the securing of the necessary licenses, operating permits, and other (e.g. DOH, Philhealth, DOLE, DENR and BIR) documentations as may be required by law or otherwise.
LEARNING AND GROWTH
Periodically reviews the organizational set-up of the clinics to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness in delivering quality service to patients/ customers and incorporate changes, if needed .
Develops a framework for a responsive training needs analyses of all clinic personnel, for all nurses to be equipped with basic knowledge pertinent to effective patient management and continuous improvement of clinic operations vis-à-vis that of the Company’s competitors.
Articulates the responsibilities of all clinical personnel in accordance to client expectations, and ensures they maintain a professional image of nursing in accordance to the Fresenius brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With a college degree in Business Management/Nursing or any other related courses.
• With at least 5 years of experience in clinics operations/food establishment operations as Nursing Department Head, or Area/Regional Restaurant Manager or similar industries.
• With proven effective team/people management experience at all levels.
• With strong administrative, organization and planning capabilities.
• With strong commitment to patient care and development of multi-functional team.
• With high level of interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Business savvy.
