Regional Business Manager (Acute) – Field-based Role Southeast

Are you a pro-active and dynamic individual seeking to develop your career in Sales within an organisation where the work you do will really make a difference? 

To be successful in this role it is crucial that you are someone who looks to innovate and find different solutions, with strong business development skills and preferably experience selling equipment into the NHS and increasing market share. Ideally you will have a degree in a profession allied to business or medicine alongside a certificate in marketing/sales management.

For this position we require you to be ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Alternatively, if you are not already qualified, we would look for you to complete this within 2 years of your start date.

This is a field-based role covering the Southeast, ideally you will be located in or around this area. A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What does the role involve?

You will:

  • Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
  • Liaise with Clinical Nurse Specialists on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
  • Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
