Purpose:
The Global Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies with 3rd party suppliers in support of Fresenius Medical Care’s One Procurement strategy. Responsible for category management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracting, and ongoing supplier management for assigned category. Coordinates with Procurement Partner(s) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies.

You will be a member of one of Tim’s Indirect Procurement Category teams, where € 5.5bil in goods and services is purchased every year! Over the past year we have significantly invested in the Procurement function and have many new team members. Cohesion is critical for the transformation path that has been developed and teamwork is key to our success. Tim’s leadership team comes from a diverse range of industry and geographical backgrounds.
