Systems Engineer (Requirements) - (m/w/d)

Die primäre Verantwortung des Systems Engineers besteht in der Sammlung, Analyse und Dokumentation der Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder.

Zudem wird an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Requirement Management Prozesses und an der Optimierung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses im Bereich PD gearbeitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege von Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Überführung von Kundenanforderungen in Produktanforderungen
  • Moderation von Entwicklerteams zur weiteren Definierung der Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Projektleiter, Architekt, Entwickler und Tester
  • Sicherstellung der Traceability von Anforderungen
  • Durchführung von Requirement Reviews und Nachhalten der Akzeptanz-Kriterien
  • Betreiben des Changemanagements von bestehenden Anforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Rollen bei der Einführung und kontinuierlichen Pflege eines ganzheitlichen Systems Engineering Ansatzes. Der spezielle Fokus dieser Rolle liegt auf dem Requirement Management / Engineering Prozess.
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und deren Verbesserungen
  • Teilnahme an abteilungs- oder fachspezifischen Besprechungen
  • Schulung und Coaching der Entwicklerteams
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen sowie Tools und deren Anwendung 
  • Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Implementierung von Prozessen                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachbereiche Elektrotechnik, Physik, Physikalische Technik, Medizintechnik oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering – Schwerpunkt Requirement Engineering
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Umgang mit Mehrdeutigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen
  • Qualität der Entscheidungen
  • Ergebnisorientierung
  • Zwischenmenschliches Geschick
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen wie IEC62304, IEC60601
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Requirement Management Tools wie z.B. Polarion
  • Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld z.B. SCRUM
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Systeme (Komponenten-/Hardware-/Software-Entwicklung) in den Bereichen Automotive oder Medizintechnik sowie in der funktionalen Sicherheit
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamgeist
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsfähigkeit, Ausdrucksweise
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen; überwiegend im nationalen Bereich
