Senior Systems Engineer (Design Lead) (m/w/d)

In Ihrer Rolle als Senior Systems Engineer (Design Lead) (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Entwicklung von Systemen, Sub-Systemen als auch Komponenten, sowie Durchführung von Konzept- und Machbarkeitsanalysen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der funktionalen Sicherheit der Produkte zuständig. Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Erstellung und Pflege der Produktrequirements. Als Senior Engineer sind Sie weitgehend unbeaufsichtigt und selbst motiviert, die Umsetzung von technischen Arbeitszielen zu leiten.

Im Bereich PD Systems Engineering werden Peritoneal-Dialysegeräte für die Behandlung von chronischer Niereninsuffizienz entwickelt.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Erstellung der Produktdesigns für PD-Maschinen in Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen (wie z.B. Mechanik, Elektronik, Verfahren/Software) – Leitung der technischen Aktivitäten auf Produktebene
  • Definition der technischen Produktstruktur und der Produktkomponenten
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Architekturdokumentation (exkl. Software)
  • Product Requirement Document (PRD) Verantwortung - Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erarbeitung und Strukturierung der Produktanforderungen, Unterstützung bei der Ableitung von Komponentenrequirements
  • Hauptansprechpartner bei Designfragen (Konzepterstellung und Umsetzung) als Design Lead für ein komplettes PD Gerät unter Berücksichtigung der anzuwendenden Normen für das jeweilige Produkt
  • Bewertung der technischen Lösung, Robustheits- und Reifekonzepte, Unterstützung risikominimierender Maßnahmen (auf technischer Ebene)
  • Modellerstellung auf Produktebene (PTC-Modeler) zusammen mit dem Therapiesystemarchitekten
  • Maßgebliche Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und dem Ausrollen eines modellbasierten Engineering Ansatzes
  • Enge, eigenständige Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungspartnern und Serviceanbietern
  • Durchführung von Design-FMEAs

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) mit der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Physik, Physikalische Technik, Medizintechnik, Informatik oder ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer technischer Geräte, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik mit Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Anforderungsmanagement, Design und Verifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams
  • Expertise in der Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Produktarchitekturen im Rahmen eines modelbasierten Ansatzes
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Requirementmanagement
  • Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der funktionalen Sicherheit, vorzugsweise von Medizinprodukten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Polarion und Windchill)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen im nationalen und internationalen Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
