Ihre Aufgabe
- Betreuung der Serienfertigung von Baugruppen für die Medizintechnik (Schwerpunkt Disposables)
- Technische Stammdatenpflege im ERP System
- Bearbeitung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA/ Non-conformity) bei Qualitätsproblemen inkl. der Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation
- Erstellung und Pflegen von Verfahrensanweisungen
- Schulung des Fertigungspersonals
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz und Effektivität
- Projektleitung bei Optimierungsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung und Validierung der neu eingeführten und bestehenden Produktionsprozesse
- Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen, Geräten und Einrichtungen
- Sicherstellung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit für die Produktion
- Bearbeitung Standortübergreifender Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau in der Vertiefungsrichtung Fertigungstechnik, Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik oder Feinwerktechnik
- Idealerweise 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich der Reinraumfertigung und in der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen (KVP, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit Sinn für die Umsetzung des technisch Machbaren
- Eigenmotivierte, selbstständige, strukturierte, zielorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
- Konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft im Rahmen von Projekttätigkeiten zu reisen
- Teamfähigkeit
