Missão do Cargo:
Responsável por atender aos clientes de áreas não cobertas por representantes, via telefone ou web, através de contatos ativos ou receptivos, objetivando vender nossos produtos, peças e serviços aos clientes de sua carteira, esclarecer dúvidas que venham a surgir e levar novas informações de nossos produtos, peças e serviços, através destes canais de comunicação. Realizar pesquisas telefônicas de mapeamento do mercado.
Principais atividades
1-Realizar atendimento telefônico ou virtual (web) objetivando captar pedidos dos clientes que fazem parte da sua carteira.
2 -Esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas aos produtos, peças e serviços, realizando um atendimento de excelência e visando oportunidades de venda.
3-Manter seus clientes informados sobre quaisquer dúvidas relacionadas às suas vendas, pedidos ou faturamento.
4-Detectar interesse do cliente em maiores negociações e/ou compra de equipamentos e direcionar esta demanda ao Gerente
5-Manter sua carteira de clientes atualizada e organizada, facilitando a difusão de informações sobre novos produtos e serviços, documentando nas ferramentas existentes de CRM
6- Realizar pesquisas telefônicas com o intuito de mapear os mercados em que a a empresa atua, possibilitando que a empresa maximize suas oportunidades de negócios.
