As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

This senior role is responsible for driving the execution of the Invoice To Pay process transformation agenda, ensuring that initiatives defined in the process roadmap are delivered effectively and consistently across the organization. Acting as a central connector, the Transformation Leader brings strong E2E perspective to coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role plays a critical part in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, working closely with global process experts, process owners, and business stakeholders. He/She ensures initiatives are implemented in line with global standards and future-state operating models, while supporting large-scale transformation programs, including ERP initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA.

Operating in a complex, global environment, the role emphasizes structured execution, strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of I2P transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and value realization targets.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured plans, workstreams, and actionable deliverables.
  • Drive implementation in close collaboration with process, technology, and business teams.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across initiatives.
  • Partner closely with global process owners and process experts to execute initiatives defined in the I2P process roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment between process design intent and execution outcomes.
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Apply strong understanding of I2P within the broader E2E value chain (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) to ensure seamless integration of initiatives.
  • Identify upstream and downstream impacts, ensuring consistency and scalability of solutions.
  • Provide informed challenge and input to ensure executable and sustainable outcomes.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and business units globally.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure commitment to delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate decision-making in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Establish and lead robust governance structures, including steering committees and program cadences.
  • Track progress through KPIs, milestones, and value realization metrics.
  • Ensure transparency through structured reporting and effective escalation management.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive presentations on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Translate complex program and process topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support senior leadership in decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
  • Apply structured transformation and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) to ensure disciplined execution.
  • Promote standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across I2P processes.
  • Embed change management practices to ensure adoption and sustainability of implemented initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • Experience working in global GBS or shared‑service environments in a global process organization is preferred.
  • 10-12 years proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale transformation programs, within  finance and Invoice-to-Pay environments.
  • Strong understanding of Invoice to Pay processes within an E2E value chain context.
  • Proven track record in process transformation, program management, and business implementation.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into process, digital, and operational solutions.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional initiatives in global environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP-driven transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
  • Advanced English (C1).
  • Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
