We are looking for a high energy, accountable HR Leader In country Partnering for Philippines. The role will lead and empower a team of HR Country Partners (HRCPs) across multiple business segments and legal entities in Philippines including Commercial business and Global Business services with more than 1400 employees and growing, ensuring seamless execution of HR operational strategies that align with business objectives.
You will report to the HR Lead, APAC (In country partnering). The role will supervise In-country HR Partnering team in Philippines.
Key Responsibilities in country HR Partnering:
- Partner with in-country leadership and other regional/global stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business priorities, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR Country Partners in Philippines, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies and best practices.
- Drive global and regional HR operational excellence, ensuring a consistent yet locally adaptable approach to HR execution across all markets.
HR Operations & Program Execution
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of CoE-driven HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into country specific HR operations.
- Partner with CoEs such as TA to fulfill site needs with agility.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies and local labour laws.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and programs are compliant with local labour laws while maintaining consistency with the company’s global HR framework.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Drive HR governance across the country, ensuring adherence to best practices in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance by ensuring HR effectively address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Act as a champion of company culture, embedding core values into HR programs and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support change management efforts as required locally.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
Experience & Skills
- HR Leadership: Accomplished HR professional with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience driving people strategy in Philippines within dynamic, matrixed, and culturally diverse organizations
- Operational Excellence in HR Execution: Recognized for implementing standardized, HR frameworks and service delivery models. Experience in embedding HR processes and systems while thinking end to end.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Trusted advisor to Cluster leadership, translating business strategy into actionable HR plans that drive performance, engagement, and talent development. Trusted leader who supports the enterprise HR function to present the one face of HR.
- Change Leadership & Cultural Stewardship: Experience in impacting culture through inclusive, innovative engagement initiatives
- Stakeholder & Influence Management: Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional leadership teams, building consensus among regional and functional leaders, and driving accountability in fast-paced, high stakes environments. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and execute with clarity and impact.
- Competence in software applications relating to human resources such as case management systems and Workday is preferred along with the suite of Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills - both written and verbal including English.
