As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

SAP S/4 Technical Consultant/Developer to own sustainment and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA landscape across core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM). The ideal candidate is a hands-on ABAP expert with strong integration mindset who thrives in production support, stability, and continuous delivery environments. You’ll be accountable for incident/problem resolution, performance tuning, defect prevention, and delivering small to medium enhancements—closely partnering with the Integration team to keep interfaces, APIs, and events reliable and compliant.on ABAP expert with strong  

 

Goal of function: 

Senior Developer / Lead in SAP S/4 ABAP to drive solution design and development across FI, SD, MM, PP,QM, PM, and other modules. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices. Provide leadership for API-led connectivity, data exchange, and event-driven patterns to support S/4HANA and cloud platforms while complying with governance, security, and performance standards.

Tasks* 

  •  Drive Clean Core Approach for Application Development and Maintenance. based objects in S/4HANA (Reports, Enhancements/Exits/BAdIs, Forms, CDS/OData, Workflows, Interfaces, Conversions).  

  • Own L2/L3 technical support for Technical objects in S/4HANA (Reports, Enhancements/Exits/BAdIs, Forms, CDS/OData, Workflows, Interfaces, Conversions).  

  •   Triage, debug, and resolve incidents within SLA; perform root cause analysis and implement durable fixes and preventive actions. cause analysis and implement durable fixes and preventive actions.  

  •   Proactively monitor Program Performance, Deep dive into code analysis, Monitoring Jobs, IDoc, Message queues, OData services, event mesh/queues, and performance KPIs; set up alerts and auto remediation scripts where feasible. remediation scripts where feasible 

  •   Optimize custom code for S/4 HANA performance (SQL trace/PlanViz, ATC findings, ST12/ST05, SAT) and guide functional teams on datamodel impacts.model impacts. 

  •   Maintain and enhance IDoc/ALE, BAPIs/RFCs, OData (SAP Gateway), RAP services, and CDS based analytics used by downstream systems. based analytics

2) Secondary tasks: 

 You will also act as a technical SME for ABAP OO, CDS views, OData/RAP, Fiori, IDoc/ALE, BAPIs/RFCs, and work across middleware like SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI (Integration Suite) and SAP BTP services. This role requires excellent debugging skills, deep understanding of the S/4HANA extension toolbox (InApp and SidebySide), and a disciplined approach to ITIL/DevOps operations and transport/change management. 

 

  Serve as a technical mentor for junior developers and external partners; enforce dev standards and naming conventions.  

  Partner with Functional, Basis/Security, Integration, Data, and Business stakeholders to align solutions to business outcomes.  

  Provide oncall/afterhours support during releases, cutovers, quarter/yearend, and critical events.

3) Miscellaneous tasks: 

• Lead cutovers and hypercare for implementations and Rollout of releases. 

• Evaluate emerging SAP/BTP integration capabilities and recommend adoption roadmaps. 

• Contribute to vendor RFPs and SoW reviews for integration tooling and services.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success* 

1) Required training and education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

Vocational training, university degree, PhD, MBA, specialized further education etc. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

  • 58 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA. 

  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming adhering to Clean Core recommendations from SAP. 

  • Experience with RICEFW development and SAP enhancement frameworks (BADI, User Exits, Enhancements). 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and CDS views. 

  • Knowledge of SAP functional  modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP etc is a plus. 

  • Exposure to SAP application maintenance and development projects, including upgrades and migrations. 

  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP for SAP HANA) are desirable.
