As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.
Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.
Job Description
1.- Mantener actualizados los procedimientos que correspondan al área. / Maintain updated procedures that correspond to the área.
2.- Supervisar que el personal a su cargo este capacitado o certificado conforme a los procedimientos de FMC. / Supervise that the personnel under his/her charge are trained or certified according to FMC procedures.
3.- Evaluar el desempeño del personal a su cargo / Evaluate the performance of the personnel under his/her charge.
4.- Llevar a cabo el plan de desarrollo individual, así como responsable del clima organizacional del personal a su cargo. / To carry out the individual development plan, as well as to be responsible for the organizational climate of the personnel under his/her charge
5.- Coordinar los despachos de Importación y/o Exportación. / Coordinate Inbound and Export Shipments.
6.- Llevar el control de documentos y archivos electrónicos derivados de los despachos de Importación y Exportación. / To keep control of documents and electronic files derived from Import and Export dispatches.
7.- Mantener comunicación constante con los clientes internos y externos. / Maintain constant communication with internal and external customers.
8.- Obtener el Data Stage mensual y validarlo contra las operaciones de Importación y/o Exportaciones realizadas por el personal a su cargo. / Obtain the monthly Data Stage and validate it against the Import and/or Export operations carried out by the personnel under his/her charge.
9.- Auditar de forma aleatoria los expedientes de Importación y/o Exportación para asegurar el cumplimiento de documentación. / Randomly audit import and/or export files to ensure compliance with documentation.
10.- Mantener actualizado el Anexo 24 y pedimento empresarial / Maintain the software updated with Annex 24 and Pedimento Empresarial.
11.- Mantener comunicación directa con el Agente Aduanal y transportistas y resolver problemas derivados de la operación. / Maintain direct communication with the customs broker and Carriers and solve problems derived from the operation.
12.- Dar seguimiento oportuno derivado de un Producto No Conforme con apoyo del área de Sistema de Calidad. / Give timely follow up derived from a Non Conforming Product with support from the Quality System area.
13.- Realizar los trámites necesarios ante las diferentes Secretarías de Gobierno en materia de Comercio Exterior. / To carry out the necessary procedures before the different Government Secretariats in the area of Foreign Trade.
14.- Proporcionar el apoyo al área de ventas y/o manufactura para la implementación de nuevos proyectos. / Provide support to the sales and/or manufacturing area for the implementation of new projects.
15.- Dar seguimiento al pago de honorarios y fletes de los Agentes aduanales y transportistas derivado de las importaciones y/o exportaciones. / Follow up on the payment of fees and freight charges of customs agents and carriers derived from imports and/or export.
16.- Mantener comunicación con el área de asuntos regulatorios para la tramitación de permisos de importación, así como el envío de documentos requeridos por el área legal. / Maintain communication with the regulatory affairs area for the processing of import permits, as well as the sending of documents required by the legal area.
17.-Generar de forma mensual los indicadores de claves de rendimiento de la operación de importación y exportación / Generate monthly key performance indicators for import and export operations.
