As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.
Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Asegurarse del cumplimiento del Reglamento Interno de Trabajo y de las Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación. - Asegurar la continuidad del proceso. - Asegurar la calidad del producto manteniendo el orden. - Mantener siempre limpios y ordenados su área y equipo de trabajo. - Registrar todas sus actividades en los formatos establecidos. - Supervisar estrechamente las operaciones a su responsabilidad. - Revisar y entregar completo y en tiempo el expediente de cada lote fabricado. - Apoyar al personal de nuevo ingreso para una rápida integración al equipo de trabajo. - Fomentar el trabajo en equipo. - Motivar a su personal para mantener un ambiente de trabajo cordial y en armonía. -Realizar cualquier otra actividad de acuerdo con su nivel y entrenamiento y que por necesidades de la empresa le sea encomendada por su jefe inmediato. - Coordinar trabajos de fin de semana o especiales que le sean asignados.- Practicar y fomentar la buena comunicación entre todo su personal.
-Participar en la solución de problemas y en la sugerencia de mejoras para sus procesos. -Asegurarse diariamente de la disponibilidad de materiales, equipo y personal para garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de producción. -Proporcionar a su personal los recursos y las facilidades para la realización de sus actividades de manera adecuada. -Verificar físicamente las operaciones críticas del proceso como el cambio de filtros, pruebas de integridad, sanitización de tanques, etc. -Verificar y firmar resultado de pruebas en proceso. -Verificar y autorizar la primera impresión de la bolsa para el lote a fabricar. -Verificar las pesadas de materias primas y autorizar la preparación de la solución. -Verificar y firmar reportes emitidos por el laboratorio. -Realizar y/o verificar la determinación de dextrosa por polarimetría, pH, conductividad y sustancias oxidables, así como asegurar el cumplimiento a las buenas prácticas de laboratorio y documentación aplicables para los análisis de solución en proceso de CAPD. -Apoyar la investigación de cualquier evento presentado durante un fuera de especificación (investigación de resultados fuera de especificación). -Orientar a su personal cuando no esté realizando correctamente alguna actividad. -Organizar diariamente a su personal para obtener la mayor eficiencia posible del proceso. -Coordinarse con otras áreas para asegurar que el desarrollo de las actividades se haga de forma correcta. -Levantar reportes de infracciones al reglamento cuando así se requiera por incumplimiento de alguna persona. -Solicitar el servicio de mantenimiento correctivo cuando sea necesario por mal funcionamiento de un equipo. -Reportar inmediatamente al Jefe cualquier anomalía encontrada durante el proceso. -Mantener la disciplina de su personal. -Llenar correctamente y en tiempo los registros correspondientes a las operaciones realizadas en su turno.
STUDIES: Mínimo secundario, Preparatoria o carrera Técnica deseable / Minimum secondary school, high school or technical career desirable. CONOCIMIENTOS: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE En líneas de ensamble de piezas, líneas de empaque, manejo de personal, Buenas prácticas de Fabricación, Sistema de control de Producción, manejo de PC / In parts assembly lines, packaging lines, personnel management, Good Manufacturing Practices, Production Control System, PC management.
