As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

Apoyar la generación de demandas de ventas, a través de la promoción de productos, con el objetivo de contribuir al logro de los objetivos de ventas. Ejecutar las campañas de marketing adaptando los mensajes a la audiencia objetivo. Asegurar, a través de la planificación mensual, la asistencia a las necesidades de capacitación, teniendo presente la optimización de recursos. Desarrollar, organizar y mantener actualizado la programación visitas a clientes, a través del conocimiento actualizado de los clientes y la transferencia de información necesaria para los sistemas de información de la Compañía. Realizar entrenamientos técnicos de productos, terapias y equipos, con el objetivo de calificar a los empleados de nuestros clientes. Realizar la Post venta a cada producto, para garantizar la comprensión y aplicabilidad de los diferenciales de máquinas, productos y servicios, con el objetivo de agregar un valor diferencial a Fresenius y respaldar la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocios. Controlar y revisar los gastos del sector a través del análisis del presupuesto y previsión mensual. Cubrir oportunamente las necesidades de asesoría y entrenamiento que presenten los clientes externos y relacionados, enviando información teórica respecto al manejo del producto, como también, realizando viajes en Santiago y regiones para capacitar al personal de las unidades de diálisis. Asegurar que los clientes utilicen correctamente los productos como también generar los nexos con operaciones técnicas para facilitar y optimizar el cumplimiento del servicio. Realizar entrenamiento en los tiempos estipulados según el tipo de producto (Máquinas HD, Equipos de osmosis portátil, Desinfectante para reúso, Salas de reúso), programando presentaciones orales y Demo de productos y equipos. Preparar cotizaciones de productos y entregar las facturas de mantenciones e insumos según corresponda a los clientes. Mantenerse actualizado/a respecto a los avances del área nefrológica, buscando y estudiando material existente, seleccionando material innovador de las investigaciones científicas para su posterior incorporación a las charlas a desarrollar. Mantener estadística actualizada de los pacientes asociados a Hospitales Públicos, Clínicas Privadas y Centros de Diálisis. Representar a la empresa en actividades de área nefrológica (stand) de Nephrocare, enfermería, jornadas y congresos de diálisis. Asegurar, a través de la capacitación, que las unidades de diálisis recibirán y multiplicarán a los pacientes la información adecuada para el mejor tratamiento en el hogar de la terapia de diálisis peritoneal (PD). Actuar como consultor/a en los procesos de mejora continua de los programas de PD de los clientes, que investigan el abandono, la peritonitis, los problemas de acceso y la enseñanza de cómo utilizar las herramientas para mejorar los indicadores. Supervisar la entrega de insumos necesarios para la terapia de los pacientes, revisar Stock semanal de insumos, realizando la estimación de demanda de Pacientes PD, colaborando y revisando Purchase Planing PD. Generar actividades de desarrollo de nuevos negocios de Agudos y fidelización de los clientes vigentes, manteniendo contacto permanente con los clientes de la unidad y sociedades médicas. Buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio de Agudos en instituciones hospitalarios públicas como privadas, de acuerdo con el plan comercial definido por la Compañía.
