As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

The Director – Process Excellence & Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic transformation and business implementation initiatives, with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) and Corporate Card Administration processes.

The role serves as a transformation leader and business implementation lead, ensuring that strategic priorities and process improvements are successfully translated into implemented solutions, scalable operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with Global Process Owners, Process Experts, Finance, IT, Global Business Services, and external ecosystem partners, the Director leads cross-functional transformation programs that modernize the Travel Expense & Corp Card ecosystem, improve compliance and cost transparency, and enhance the employee experience.

The position combines transformation program leadership, business implementation ownership, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that transformation initiatives are not only designed but successfully deployed and embedded into business operations.

Main tasks:

Strategic Transformation Leadership

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives with primary focus on Travel Expense and Corporate Card Administration processes.

  • Translate business priorities into structured transformation programs, implementation roadmaps, and value delivery plans.

  • Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, cost transparency, and user experience.

Program Leadership & Business Implementation

  • Act as program lead for complex cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery from concept through implementation and stabilization.

  • Own the business implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring that new tools, processes, and operating models are effectively deployed across the organization.

  • Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and value tracking mechanisms.

  • Coordinate execution across Finance, HR, IT, shared services, and business units to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

Travel Expense Ecosystem Transformation

  • Drive transformation initiatives across the Travel Expense and Corporate Card ecosystem, including expense management platforms, travel providers, and card programs.

  • Support modernization of the T&E operating environment to improve transparency, policy adherence, and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that enhance the end-to-end expense management and reimbursement experience.

Digital Enablement & Operational Adoption

  • Partner with technology teams to implement digital solutions and automation capabilities supporting T&E transformation.

  • Support adoption of workflow automation, analytics capabilities, and digital expense management tools.

  • Ensure digital initiatives are successfully embedded into operational processes and deliver measurable business value.

Stakeholder Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on transformation initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Lead program governance forums and transformation steering committees.

  • Build alignment across global, regional, and functional stakeholders to support successful transformation delivery.

Change Leadership & Adoption

  • Lead organizational change and business readiness efforts supporting transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and stabilization of new processes and systems.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and process excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in global process transformation, Finance Operations, Global Business Services, Shared Services, or relevant cross‑functional operational domains.

  • Proven experience leading global, enterprise‑wide transformation programs (not only transitions), including design, implementation, stabilization, and adoption of new operating models, technologies, and governance frameworks.

  • Strong background in Travel & Expense (T&E) and/or Corporate Card processes — experience working with T&E systems, compliance frameworks, policy governance, or expense management transformations is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross‑functional programs involving Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, GBS, and external partners.

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2) with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across global teams.

  • Hands‑on experience with digital enablement and automation solutions (workflow tools, analytics platforms, ERP / expense management systems such as SAP, Concur, Workday, Coupa, Amex/Citi card programs, etc.).

  • Strong experience in program governance, value tracking, performance measurement, and benefits realization.

  • Proven track record in change leadership, including global adoption planning, organizational readiness, and embedding new ways of working.

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed, multinational environment and drive problem‑solving across competing priorities.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or similar disciplines are an advantage.
