As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Ziel der Funktion:
Leitung des globalen Teams „Testing Technologies“ mit der Aufgabe, automatisierte Test- und Produktionstechnologien für HD-Maschinen für das globale Produktionsnetzwerk zu entwickeln sowie Projekte in diesem Bereich zu koordinieren und zu verwalten.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- (Strategische) Gestaltung, Konzeptentwicklung, Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und –anlagen im Bereich Testing Technologies – Der Fokus liegt hierbei u.a. auf das Einfließen von Innovationen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der verantworteten Prozesse stetig zu verbessern
- Sicherstellung von Qualität und Einhaltung von Budgets und Timelines für die verantworteten Projekte
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, sowie systematische Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter im Einklang mit der verantworteten (langfristigen) Personalplanung für diesen Bereich
- Förderung und systematische Weiterentwicklung moderner Software-Engineering Methoden und Praktiken
- Technologisches Monitoring und Evaluierung neuer technischer Lösungen im Produktionsumfeld gleicher oder vergleichbarer Industrien
- Globale Auslegung und Harmonisierung und von Produktionsprozessen und -anlagen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Projektmanagement und den technischen Teams
- Aktives, eigenständiges und globales Stakeholdermanagement insbesondere mit verantwortlichen Personen in den Produktionswerken mit der Zielstellung stets effizienter Projektdurchführung im verantworteten Bereich, gemeinsame Entschlussfassung in interdisziplinären Fragestellungen eingeschlossen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik)
- Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen, technologischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktionsanlagen mit hohem Software- und Embedded-Systems-Anteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung (C++/C#/Visual Studio), sowie in Software- und Systemarchitektur
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung und Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Requirements Management sowie mit QSR / ISO 13485 / Design Control
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAQ-, ERP- und MES-Systemen
- Ausgeprägte Begeisterungs- und Führungskompetenz
- Hohe Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Qualitäts- und Prozessorientierung, gepaart mit Lern- und Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -förderung
- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens B2/C1
