As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Als (Senior) Expert Supply Chain Quality verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung und operative Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) innerhalb der globalen Lieferkette – an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Planung und Distribution. Mit einem klaren End-to-End-Verständnis arbeiten Sie an Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten, treiben Innovationen voran und sorgen für Compliance entlang regulatorischer Vorgaben.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und praktische Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems für die Supply Chain – integriert ins globale QMS
- Aufbau eines kontinuierlichen Schulungsprogramms und Dokumentenmanagementsystems
- Einführung digitaler Tools und AI-basierter Ansätze zur Prozessoptimierung
- Unterstützung der Supply Chain für den GDP konformen Betrieb der Zentralläger
- Aufrechterhaltung von GDP Betriebslizenzen
- Betreuung und Analyse von Nichtkonformitäten (z. B. via SAP, TrackWise) sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Überwachung von BIP-bezogenen operativen Tätigkeiten
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten in den Bereichen Transformation, Digitalisierung und Qualitätssicherung
- Planung und Durchführung von internen Audits, Lieferantenaudits sowie Unterstützung von externen Audits durch Regulierungbehörden und benannten Stellen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mind. 6 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität in der Lieferkette, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder im Pharmagroßhandel
- Erfahrung als „verantwortliche Person“ im Sinne der Good Distribution Practice (GDP) und AMG
- Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Vorgaben (ISO 13485 / ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MDR, GMP, MDSAP, GDP, AMG etc.)
- Kenntnisse über Validierung, z. B. Transportmethoden, sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse aller mit dem Qualitätsmanagementsystem zusammenhängenden Prozesse und deren Umsetzung in elektronische Qualitätsmanagement-Softwarelösungen
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (insb. im Supply Chain Umfeld), Erfahrung mit weiteren Systemen wie TrackWise, Windchill oder ARIS von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – schriftlich wie mündlich – in Deutsch und Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit – Sie arbeiten gern bereichsübergreifend und lösungsorientiert.
