As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Senior Engineering Project Manager (m/w/d) nutzt seine umfassenden Erfahrungen zur Führung von F&E-Teams bei der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten von der Konzeption bis zur Produkteinführung. Dies erfordert ein hohes Maß an funktionsübergreifender Koordination, ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, gemeinsam mit allen wichtigen Stakeholdern Diskussionen zu führen und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Als fachlicher Experte leitet Engineering Project Manager (m/w/d) komplexe F&E-Projekte in der gesamten Planungs-, Implementierungsphase bis zur Produktionsreife und erbringt Supportleistungen
- Erstellt, optimiert und steuert strukturierte Zeit- und Projektpläne. Legt Termine fest, hält sie ein bei qualitativ hochwertigen Ergebnissen bei effektiver Anpassung und Änderung von Plänen auf Grundlage von sich ändernden Bedingungen oder Daten
- Arbeitet an komplexen Fragestellungen, bei denen die Analyse von Situationen oder Daten eine eingehende Evaluierung variabler Faktoren erfordert. Beurteilt die Auswahl von Methoden, Techniken und Bewertungskriterien zur Erreichung von Ergebnissen.
- Bestimmt Methoden und Vorgehensweisen bei neuen Aufgaben und koordiniert ggf. Aktivitäten anderer Mitarbeiter (Team Lead)
- Repräsentiert die F&E-Teams als Kernteam-Mitglied in funktionsübergreifenden Programmteams
- Zusammenarbeit über alle Funktionsbereiche hinweg (F&E, Marketing, QS/QK, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Service und andere) soweit notwendig zur Sicherstellung von Projektabschluss und –ergebnis
- Antizipiert, identifiziert, dokumentiert und managt wichtiger Programmrisiken; schlägt geeignete Risikominimierungs- und Notfallpläne vor und forciert sie
- Vorbereitung von Projekt-Dashboards und klare Kommunikation des Fortschritts über organisatorische Grenzen und Ebenen hinweg, vom einzelnen Mitarbeiter bis zum leitenden Angestellten
- Planung der Ressourcenanforderungen und Aushandlung der Kernteam-Ressourcen mit F&E-Funktionsmanagern
- Führt Teams bei der Festlegung und Priorisierung von Umfang, Zielen und Anforderungen
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem technischen und / oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich (d.h. Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik, BWL, o.ä.)
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und/oder im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Medizinprodukteindustrie
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Software-Projektmanager
- Praxiserfahrung in der Führung von crossfunktionalen Teams
- Erfahrung mit dem gesamten Development Life Cycle vom Konzept bis zum Ende des Produktzyklusses
- Erfahrung mit dem Projektmanagement für Softwareentwicklungsmethoden sowohl für traditionelle (lineare) und die schnelle (iterative) Anwendungsentwicklung
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung lebenskritischer Software in einem regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise Medizinprodukte-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit dem Produktrisiko-Management, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld
- Erste Kenntnisse zu Produktionsprozessen wünschenswert
- Experte im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools, Kollaborations-Tools
- Know-How im Umgang mit Produkt LifeCycle Tools (PLM) und Application Lifecycle-Management-Tools (ALM) Produktdaten-Management-Tools (PDM) und Task Management-Tools (z.B. Azure Devops)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland
