As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Als Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil unseres deutschen TA-Teams und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten. Mit Ihrem Gespür für Talente und Ihrem Engagement unterstützen Sie unsere Organisation dabei, qualifizierte Kandidat*innen zu identifizieren, zu begeistern und erfolgreich einzustellen.
Ein besonderer Fokus Ihrer Rolle liegt auf der Rekrutierung von Studierenden, Auszubildenden und Ferienaushilfen – und damit auf den Nachwuchstalenten, die die Entwicklung und das Wachstum unseres Unternehmens nachhaltig prägen werden.
Ihre Aufgabe:
- Operatives Recruiting für Nachwuchszielgruppen (insbesondere Auszubildende, Studierende und Ferienaushilfen): u.a. Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Screening und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen, Teilnahme an Interviews, Angebotsaussprache sowie Einreichung relevanter Unterlagen beim Betriebsrat
- Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und HR Country Partner in allen operativen Recruiting-Fragen mit dem Fokus auf Nachwuchsrollen
- Identifizierung und Auswahl geeigneter Kandidat*innen über unterschiedliche Kanäle wie Stellenanzeigen, Active Sourcing, Agenturen oder zielgruppenspezifische Recruiting-Kampagnen.
- Erschließung neuer Recruiting-Kanäle sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kanäle, um relevante Zielgruppen effektiv anzusprechen
- Pflege und Ausbau eines Netzwerks aus internen und externen Kooperationspartnern - darunter Hochschulen, Schulen, Institute und Verbände
- Teilnahme an Recruiting-Messen und Veranstaltungen, um unser Unternehmen attraktiv zu präsentieren und persönliche Kontakte zu potenziellen Talenten aufzubauen
- Aktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat*innen über geeignete Plattformen wie LinkedIn, um Talente frühzeitig zu identifizieren und zu gewinnen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Prozessen und KPIs, um eine moderne, effiziente Recruiting-Landschaft aufzubauen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition, idealerweise in einem Industrie- oder Beratungsunternehmen
- Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Anwendung von Recruiting- und Personalmarketinginstrumenten von Vorteil
- Moderations- und Präsentationserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Teams)
