As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

In deiner Rolle als (Junior) Strategic Planning & Review Analyst (m/w/d) trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, die langfristige Strategie der Organisation aktiv mitzugestalten und erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dabei verantwortest du den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Pflege einer zentralen Datenbank, führst fundierte Geschäftsanalysen durch und leitest Überprüfungen von Geschäftsplänen sowie strategischen Initiativen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte den Weg in Richtung unserer Unternehmensziele weisen. So bringst du Strategie und Umsetzung wirkungsvoll zusammen – und gestaltest die Zukunft aktiv mit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Aggregation und Analyse globaler Marktdaten im Bereich Home & Critical Care aus zentralen finanziellen und strategischen Quellen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen und strategischen Initiativen
- Entwicklung und Betreuung von PowerBI-Dashboards zur Überwachung von Marktdaten und KPIs unter Einbindung von Rückmeldungen aus dem Markt zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
- Durchführung faktenbasierter Analysen zur Definition, Verfeinerung und Anpassung strategischer Initiativen sowie Ableitung aussagekräftiger Schlussfolgerungen und umsetzbarer Maßnahmen
- Fachliche Mitgestaltung zentraler Prioritäten im Bereich Home- und Akutdialyse-Therapien in globalen Märkten
- Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung maßgeschneiderter Datensätze für relevante Schnittstellenbereiche – insbesondere entlang des Value Streams wie Marketing, Produktmanagement, Forschung & Entwicklung sowie weitere Fachbereiche
- Laufende Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internationalen Stakeholdern, um Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen, Bedürfnisse und Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Datenanalyse oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in Datenmodellierung und der Erstellung von Business Cases
- Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Forecasting und Methoden der Marktanalyse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 (insbesondere Excel und Cloud-Diensten), PowerBI, ThinkCell und MindManager
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Design von Dashboards, in der KPI-Verfolgung sowie im Einsatz von Business-Intelligence-Tools
- Erste Erfahrung in der Gesundheitsbranche, Medizintechnik oder Beratung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in klare und praxisrelevante Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen
- Globale Perspektive mit interkulturellem Denken und internationaler Erfahrung
- Proaktive, motivierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
