As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

In Ihrer Rolle als Head of Platform Engineering - Hydraulics (m/w/d) sind Sie für technische und disziplinäre Leitung der Abteilung Hydraulik und ihrer Unterabteilungen in einem internationalen und interdisziplinären Umfeld verantwortlich.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Vorantreiben der Entwicklung und Integration von Hydraulikfunktionen und -komponenten
- Verantwortung für die Schnittstellen zwischen Maschine, Konzentraten, Desinfektionsmitteln, Filtern und Wassertechnologie – Vorantreiben entsprechender Schnittstellenanforderungen und Designabstimmungen mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern (z. B. Anwendern, Produktion, Service)
- Unterstützung bei der Aufschlüsselung von Stakeholder-Anforderungen, Vorschriften und Gesetzen sowie Benutzeranforderungen in System-, Produkt- und Komponentenanforderungen und -designs
- Vorantreiben von Input für umfassende Risikomanagementaktivitäten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der verwendeten Prozesse, Richtlinien, Entwicklungsmethoden und Werkzeuge
- Verantwortung für IP-bezogene Aktivitäten im Bereich Hydraulik
- Verantwortung für alle technischen Ergebnisse (Design-Input und Design-Output) im Zusammenhang mit Hydraulik
- Technologieverantwortung für Hydraulik und für die abgestimmte Technologie-Roadmap für Hydraulik (einschließlich Aktoren, Sensoren, Einwegprodukte, Inhalte für digitale Ökosysteme)
- Abstimmung der Registrierungs- und Markteinführungsstrategie mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen (z. B. Zulassungsbehörde, Marketing)
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Diplom, Master oder Promotion in relevanten Bereichen des Ingenieurwesens oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer technischer Geräte, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik oder ähnlichen sicherheitsrelevanten Anwendungsbereichen (z. B. Automobilindustrie, Luft- und Raumfahrt)
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Management von Projekten oder Teilprojekten (entweder als Projektleiter oder Produktverantwortlicher)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Maschinenplattformen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in einer agilen Umgebung, z. B. SCRUM oder SAFe
- Technisches Wissen: Umfassende technische Kenntnisse in relevanten Bereichen (z. B. Aktoren, Sensoren, HW- und SW-Schnittstellen), HD-Produkte
- Prozess- und Methodenkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Anforderungsmanagement/-engineering, Risikomanagement, Systemdesign und Produkt-/Systemarchitektur – insbesondere für sicherheitskritische Systeme und Funktionen
- Rechtskenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Standards und Normen (z. B. IEC62304, IEC60601, IEC61508, ISO 26262, DO-178
- Erfahrung im technischen Management und Coaching von Teammitgliedern/Stakeholdern
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Produktplattform und des Produktportfolios im Bereich In Center
- Schafft ein Klima, in dem die Mitarbeiter motiviert sind, ihr Bestes zu geben, um das Unternehmen beim Erreichen seiner Ziele zu unterstützen
- Baut starke Kundenbeziehungen auf und liefert kundenorientierte Lösungen
