As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Ziel der Funktion:
Ziel der Funktion ist die verantwortliche Aussteuerung der Verifikation auf Projekt bzw. Produkt-Ebene, Erbringung von Nachweisen und Einhaltung der Anforderungen eines Medizinproduktes und die damit verbundene Gewährleistung von Qualität, Sicherheit und Effektivität des Medizinproduktes.
Eine zusätzliche Aufgabe ist die Shared Functions Engineering Enablement und Hardware Verifikation über verantwortliche Leads auszusteuern.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Aussteuerung des Verifikationsteams international/standortübergreifend sowohl mit internen als auch mit externen Unternehmen, Abteilungen und Mitarbeitern.
- Die Product-Testmanager, berichten direkt an den Global Verification Lead. Die Product-Testmanager sind keinen Teams zugeordnet sind, sondern dem gesamten Produkt/Projekt.
- Verantwortung aller Verifikationsaktivitäten des zu betreuenden Products (System-, Software-, Hardware-, Elektronik-, Material-, Biocompatibility-, Interface-Verifikation, usw.)
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer effizienten Testorganisation mit effizientem Einsatz aller zur Verfügung stehenden Mitarbeitern und bereitgestellten Ressourcen.
- Erstellung und Vorstellung von Reports an das Management. Die Reports enthalten neben Zeitplänen auch Metriken zu Budget, Ressourcen und Projektfortschritt aus Sicht der Verifikation.
- Aktive Gestaltung und Einflussnahme an den wichtigen Projektplanungsevents in unterschiedlichen Meilensteinen von Projekten (Meilenstein Reviews, PI-Planungen, Core-Team-Meetings, Value Stream Cockpit Checks, uvm.)
- Kontrolle der für die Verifikation festgeschriebenen Prozesse und Quality Gates.
- Training der internen und externen Teammitglieder bezüglich des Verständnisses der Fresenius Prozesse. Hierzu ist sind umfassende Kenntnis der Prozesse und Tools sowie der Anwendung notwendig. Dies betrifft die jeweils individuell gültigen Prozesse in allen beteiligten Standorten.
- Training der internen und externen Teammitglieder in Bezug auf aktuelle Normen, Standards, Techniken und Entwicklungen in Bezug auf Verifikation und Testing
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Wahrnehmung und Umsetzung der Vorgesetztenpflichten
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Informatik, Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich der Verifikation im Medizinbereich oder vergleichbaren Industrien (z.B. Automotive, Luftfahrt)
- Erfahrung in Teilbereichen des Testmanagements
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der Verifikation von sicherheitskritischen Systemen
- Kenntnisse über die Zulassung von Medizinprodukten (CE und 510(k)) und von gesetzlichen Vorgaben (MPG, relevante Normen, usw.) wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von (Software-) Requirements notwendig
- Grundkenntnisse zum Thema Risikomanagement notwendig
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (insbesondere SCRUM) notwendig
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung von automatisierten Tests notwendig
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hardware in the Loop und Software in the Loop Systemen
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Standard-PC-Software (z. B. MS-Office, Windows)
- Erfahrung mit dem Arbeiten in einem stark regulierten Umfeld
- Grundkenntnisse in C/C++ und/oder Skriptsprachen (z.B. Python) wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
