Business Development Officer
Your Responsibilities:
- You will develop and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans, consolidated price offerings and business models tailored to various segments and locations for our Hospital Network market.
- You will identify and evaluate potential partners, projects, and strategic alliances with hospitals, nephrologist groups, and other key stakeholders.
- You are to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact for our Hospital Network Accounts.
- You will lead the full expansion cycle, from lead generation to deal closing. While tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operations, marketing, and technical teams.
- You will channel full FME Ecosystem offering, by consolidating proposals from our In-Center, Home (PD) and Critical Care teams
Your Profile:
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Medical, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- You must possess 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry with strong knowledge of the overall renal market.
- You can demonstrate success in driving business growth and executing expansion initiatives.
- You must have excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- You are experienced in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously and able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- You must be proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office
- You are willing to travel as needed, and must hold a valid driver's license
