PROFILO RICHIESTO
Per il reparto di Nefrologia dell’Ospedale Bolognini di Seriate siamo alla ricerca di un Infermiere/a con i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Infermieristica
Iscrizione all’albo OPI
L'esperienza in ambito nefrologia/dialisi costituirà un plus
Disponibilità a turni notturni (7-14; 14-22; 22-7)
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato (CCNL AIOP) o inserimento in libera professione.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’ E RESPONSABILITA’
Assistenza infermieristica globale personalizzata, che è di natura tecnica, relazionale, educativa, curativa, riabilitativa;
Assicura, in collaborazione con tutto il personale d’assistenza, interventi di prevenzione, educazione ed informazione sanitaria al singolo Paziente ed al suo nucleo familiare;
Organizza e gestisce l’accoglienza infermieristica personalizzata di tutti i nuovi Pazienti che entrano in dialisi e dei Pazienti già in carico all’Ambulatorio;
Pianifica, gestisce e valuta l’assistenza infermieristica rivolta al Paziente, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle prestazioni diagnostico-terapeutiche;
Collabora con i Medici nell’informare il Paziente e i suoi familiari dell’esistenza di programmi di trapianto;
In collaborazione con il personale tecnico: controlla che tutte le dotazioni strumentali del reparto siano efficienti così come gli impianti tecnologici utilizzati nel procedimento dialitico.
Supervisiona tutte quelle attività richieste per mantenere il reparto a standard elevati, come l’implementazione dei protocolli e delle procedure controllandone i risultati;
Assicura tutte le azioni necessarie a garantire il rispetto delle norme igieniche ed il controllo delle infezioni, in accordo con le Linee Guida sulle Best Practice Europee (EBPG) garantendo, altresì, l’implementazione e l’utilizzo di idonee misure protettive
