Position description in detail:
1. Responsible for Nursing Schools and University, Review Center, and other organization similar who has BSN footprint/pool reach and expansion on promoting career opportunities with Fresenius Kidney Care and Asia Pacific Education Center as our training center.
2. Supports and ensures that Nursing Schools/University, Review Center, and other organization similar who has BSN footprint/pool reach targets are achieved through effective and efficient promotion of career opportunities and training program the company can offer to nursing graduates.
3. Provide program presentations and detailed information to the school Administrator, Dean of College, Nursing Students, Nursing Graduates, and other external key stakeholders.
4. Drive achievement of growth and market share objectives
5. Identify new Nursing Schools, Review Centers partnership opportunities
6. Implement marketing programs
7. Leads in the implementation of Career Talks, Webinars, and other collaborative learning activities in collaboration with APEC, Operations Manager, CEQ, and Talent Acquisition Team
8. Monitors Registered Nurse and BSN referrals from Nursing Schools/Universities, Review Centers, and other similar organizations.
9. Ensures achievements of monthly visit and call performance (reach and frequency); effective communication of program messages to stakeholders aligned to the marketing communication strategy; calling on the right Organization at the right frequency according to plan
10. Optimization of allocated marketing resources and excellent execution of marketing programs ensuring impact on resources
11. Develop and establish sustainable business rapport with stakeholders
12. Analyzes and provides detailed performance/recruitment reports, updates on project implemented and other business-related expenses, and all relevant business correspondence with the use of appropriate presentation tools/equipment
13. Ensures awareness, understanding, and practices FME Code of Conduct and other integrity and compliance guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business, Marketing
or Allied Medical Science
2. With a pharmaceutical background, preferably a Senior Medical Representative/Specialist Professional Healthcare Representative with 3 to 5 years of professional experience
3. A strong franchise among Nursing Schools/Universities or Review Centers is an advantage
4. Distinctive communication skills, especially in convincing and motivating colleagues
and customers, and good negotiation skills.
5. Thorough understanding of the need and methods to continuously improve the quality of services and processes
