Ihre Aufgaben

Supply Planung von Medizinprodukten, Arzneimitteln und anderen Produktklassen ins Zentrallager
Überprüfen und folgen der Bestandsentwicklung der Zentrallagerstufe
Überwachung der Kapazitäts- und Kampagnenplanung
Regelmäßige Kontrolle des Produktionsvorlaufs bzw. Rückstands
Kommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (Produktion, Vertrieb, Lager, Marketing, Controlling, usw.)
Eskalationsbearbeitung bei Engpässen in Absprache mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Supply Chain Management
Bereitstellung von Lieferplänen und Lieferterminen für den Vertrieb
Phase-in und Phase-out Steuerung
Erstellung von KPI-Reports

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung in Supply Chain Planung
Interesse an Produktion, sowie Produkten, Märkten und Vertriebsstrategien.
Erfahrung in Planungssystemen (insbesondere APO/SNP, IBP)
Sehr gute Excelkenntnisse, sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP/ERP
Proaktives und unabhängiges Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen
Gute analytische Kenntnisse, zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
