Supervisor Administrativo
1. Supervisar y controlar el ingreso de pacientes, velando cumplir con los requerimientos normativos.
2. Gestionar cartas de cobranza y copagos de tratamientos de pacientes sin cobertura auge.
3. Auditar y controlar la documentación de RRHH.
4. Mantener comunicación constante con las distintas áreas de la compañía.
5. Aprobar horas extras del personal, de acuerdo con la programación de turno de los colaboradores.
6. Validar dotación del personal clínico, de acuerdo con la eficiencia del recurso humano.
7. Supervisar la distribución del paciente, haciendo más eficiente la distribución de paciente por turno.
8. Controlar y aprobar facturas del centro.
9. Supervisar y controlar el uso eficiente del transporte de los pacientes.
10. Controlar bodega, pedidos e insumos que requiera el centro.
11 Supervisar y controlar el registro de control de asistencia de los pacientes.
12. Controlar y validar la solicitud de insumos clínicos (RIC) y otros insumos (ROI).
13. Mantener comunicación continua y permanente con los Asistentes Administrativos de los centros asignados, detectando brechas en su desempeño y apoyando en la mejora de éste, a través de acciones de entrenamiento internas.
