Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst – Care Enablement

The FP&A Senior Analyst manages the daily transactional operations of FP&A processes to deliver services that meet business needs, improves operational effectiveness and efficiency, and leads the process of solving operational issues. The area of responsibility covers FP&A for the Care Enablement business entity in Spain. Main focus is on commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, costs of revenues and business-related SG&A.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposes
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Analysis of the profitability of the company and its organizational units
  • Preparing the budgets and forecasts of the company's organizational units and controlling their implementation
  • Assist Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget / forecast
  • Calculation of provisions and write-downs
  • Calculation of investment profitability
  • Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational and Medical Departments
  • Participation in international and local projects
  • Supporting process transfer to GBS and standardisation of the activities
  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs

Education:

  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance)
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus

Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding 
  • Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality 
  • Team Player with a strong drive to create positive work environment
  • Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks 
  • Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload 
  • Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure  
  • Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient and customer oriented working style
  • Knowledge of SAP environment
  • Experience in BI tools is an asset
  • Understand and use modern communication software and systems 
  • Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP environment
  • Fluency in English language in the business environment
  • Fluency in Spanish language
