We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using various channels and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize online sourcing platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct an initial assessment of candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, including metrics and performance data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in talent acquisition and sourcing.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • At least 2 years of candidate sourcing experience delivering sourcing assignments within an in-house or RPO environment including passive candidate sourcing for open roles, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools
  • University graduate
  • Professional fluency (spoken and written) in English required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Workday would be beneficial
  • Flexibility and adaptability, adept at shifting priorities and embracing new tools and methods to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Successful track record of sourcing on LinkedIn
  • Ability to successfully create a sense of urgency and influence others
  • Experienced at working with a team while possessing the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer, that will be a key member of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition Team and will lead our hiring efforts to the Global GBS Hub. This role works with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and will define and enhance the sourcing capability within the TA function by developing innovative strategies to identify and attract talent across Manila market.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate creative and effective strategies to identify and engage experienced candidates across various platforms, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, job board data bases, user groups, blogs, and other relevant online spaces
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the role's requirements, the function, and how it fits into the company
  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline metrics, providing market insights and analysis to hiring team, Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information to compliment an effective search process while
  • Working closely with Talent Sourcing Leader execute strategies to build and engage both passive and active talent pipelines for variety of APAC based positions
  • Monitor and maintain our existing candidate database, ensuring completeness of candidate profiles
  • Proactively seek input from the broader TA and hiring team, fostering collaborative environment where ideas are shared and discussed
